Shipping Policy

At DameMasCosmetics, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Our packaging is carefully chosen to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

We are committed to providing transparent information about our policies. If you have any suggestions or feedback on how we can improve, please let us know.

  • We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.

  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.

  • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you. 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Please be sure to ship to a secure location such as your workplace or a P.O. Box. All shipments are tracked. One USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered. 

  • If you need signature confirmation or insurance added to your package because of theft concerns in your neighborhood, you must arrange these extra services before you make your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used or damaged products.

1. Contact our customer service to receive a Return form. Download and Fulfill the from.

2. Pack the item(s) and the Return form into the original packaging .

3.Send back package via local post service or regular mail services, then email us the tracking information.

4. You will be notified via email once your return package reaches us. We will then arrange a store credit refund.
